2. Order Processing Time

Handling: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the order is placed.

This processing time is the duration required to prepare your item for shipment and is separate from the shipping/transit time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your delivery directly through the courier's website.
5. Damages, Loss, and Liability
Ambiie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Transfer of Liability (Risk of Loss): The ownership and risk of loss for all products purchased passes to you, the buyer, upon our delivery to the carrier (i.e., when we hand the package over to the courier service).

Damages in Transit: If you receive your order and the packaging or product inside is damaged, you must immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You should retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as the carrier will require this for their investigation.

Lost Packages: If the tracking shows your package is lost in transit, you should also initiate a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Our Commitment to Assistance: While we are not financially liable for items lost or damaged by the carrier, we will gladly provide you with any necessary shipping information (tracking details, shipping date, etc.) to help you file a successful claim with the carrier.
