Ambiie Exchange Policy
At Ambiie, we craft sustainable, small-batch clothing, and we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. To maintain our focus on sustainability and operational efficiency, we offer a limited Exchange-Only policy.
1. Exchange Eligibility

Timeframe: You must notify us of your intent to exchange within 3 calendar days of the delivery date of your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.

Proof: The exchange request must be accompanied by proper proof (such as clear, high-resolution photographs or video) demonstrating the defect or incorrect item. Including opening video of the product.
2. Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact for Authorization You must first send an email to contact@ambiie.com within the 3-day window with the following details:

Your Order Number.

The reason for the exchange (e.g., received incorrect size, manufacturing defect).

Attach clear photo/video proof of the issue.
Step 2: Review and Confirmation Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will send you an Exchange Authorization confirmation via email. We cannot process returns without this official confirmation.
Step 3: Arrange Return Shipping The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the item back to Ambiie. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Receive Replacement Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligible condition, we will ship the replacement product (exchange for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability) to you.
3. No Refunds Policy
Ambiie maintains a strict NO REFUNDS policy. We only offer exchanges for products that meet the eligibility criteria listed above. This includes:

No cash refunds.

No credit card charge reversals.

No store credit is offered for returns; only direct exchanges for product replacement.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Any product where the 3-day notification period has expired.

Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or customer negligence.

Personalized or customized items.
